  • Clients may choose multiple services to create a custom flat-rate package - see FAQ’s for more details.

  • Spaces with open floor plans will be considered as multiple spaces unless otherwise specified and approved by the Overcast Studio.

  • Projects with open floor plans must have a clearly defined area where the studio will specifically focus its service.

One Space: A single room or distinct area defined by its specific use. Examples include a bathroom, bedroom, den, dining room, garage, guest bedroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room, office, powder room, primary bedroom, or walk-in closet. These are just examples, as singular rooms may have other uses - specified between the client and studio.

Open Floor plans: A home with this type of layout includes one or more large, open areas that function as multiple rooms within a single living space.

Terms of Service
By using Overcast Studio’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

  • We may update these terms without notice, so check periodically for changes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to access our services.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing may change at any time.

  • No sales tax applies, as our services and products are based in Oregon.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout (if applicable).

  • Physical products are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Payments must be made through our accepted methods. Unpaid orders may be canceled.

  • We do not ship Internationally.

Return Policy
All sales are final.

  • Physical Items: If an item is damaged during transit, please provide 3 to 5 clear photos showing the package's exterior, interior, and the damaged item. Retain all packaging, as it may be required for a claim. Overcast Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Exceptions are made at our discretion. For any inquiries regarding a damaged item, please contact us at design@overcast-studio.com.

  • Services: Flat-rate services are final sale. Overcast Studio reserves the right to terminate services if the client is unresponsive or disengaged for more than 12 weeks.

Intellectual Property
All content, including images, text, and designs, is copyrighted. Do not use it without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of our services or products, including errors, delays, or third-party carrier issues. Liability for problems caused by inaccurate client information is also disclaimed.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only necessary information, such as your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment details, to:

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver orders.

  • Communicate about orders or services.

  • Fulfill project deliverables.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties. All data is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
